These aren't the apps you download from Apple or Google. They run in the browser, which is why they work on every device from day one and update the moment we change them. On a phone, you add it to the home screen and it gets its own icon, opens full-screen and behaves like any app you'd install. For a tool a business runs on, that's the better kind.

What exactly is a custom web application?

A small piece of software built for one job in one business, that runs in the browser. You open it on a laptop, a phone or the screen in your office, log in, and it does the one thing it was built to do: track the projects, generate the contract, show the day. No download, no app store, no training manual. If you can use a website, you can use it.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, on any phone with a browser. On iPhone and Android you can add it to your home screen, where it gets its own icon and opens full-screen like any other app. Your crew won't know the difference, except that there's nothing to install or update.

Why not a "real" app from the App Store?

An App Store app has to be built twice (iPhone and Android), approved by Apple and Google, installed and updated by every user, and rebuilt when the stores change the rules. That costs several times more and takes months. A web app is one build that runs everywhere and updates the moment we change it. For the tools a business runs on, it's the better answer almost every time.

What does one cost?

It depends on what it needs to do, so every app is scoped and quoted. The number of screens, whether it needs logins for a team, what it connects to (Google Calendar, email, your existing spreadsheet) and how much data we're importing are what move the price. Simple tools start small. We'll also tell you honestly if a spreadsheet would do.

How long does it take?

Simple tools have a working first version within days of the call, not months. You use it, tell us what's off, and we refine it. Bigger apps with logins, integrations and data imports take longer, and you'll have a timeline before we start.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Often, yes. Tools we've built pull from Google Calendar and live weather and send alerts by email. If the tool you use has a way to share its data, we can usually connect to it. We'll confirm what's possible during scoping.

Who owns it? What if we need changes later?

You own it. Changes after launch are quoted the same way the build was, and small ones are usually quick. Hosting, backups and updates are part of the plan we agree on before we start, so nothing goes quiet after launch.

Is our data safe?

Your app runs on its own login, your team only sees what you give them access to, and everything is backed up. We'll walk you through where the data lives and who can reach it before you commit.
