About the business
Progress Therapeutics is a Canadian importer of record for Health Canada regulated products, based in Newmarket and in business since 2012. Foreign manufacturers use the company to bring pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products and investigational medicinal products into Canada without setting up an establishment of their own. We designed and built their WordPress site to explain a regulated, technical service in plain language.
Every service and every product category has its own page, eleven country pages cover the markets the company imports from most, and an FAQ page answers the questions a manufacturer asks before picking up the phone. We wrote the copy page by page and handle the search work, and the blog carries articles on Health Canada rules for importers, from DIN requirements to cosmetic labelling.
