About the business
Arc & Oak Millwork is a custom cabinetry and millwork shop on Landmark Way in Surrey, founded by Scott Inman and run as a family workshop with 18 years at the bench, building kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closets, floating stairs, wall panelling and built-ins for homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We designed and built their WordPress site in cream, dark brown and gold, with Cormorant Garamond headings, letterspaced labels and fine concentric arcs behind the photo bands, and we wrote the copy.
The home page runs from a full-width kitchen photo through a bar of four figures, a slider of eight numbered service cards, four rotating Google reviews, a project showcase with a thumbnail strip, a four-stage process and a dark map with a gold pin on each of the twelve communities served, into an eight-question FAQ. Each of the eight services has a page of a thousand to fourteen hundred words with its own FAQ, and the six projects sit in their own post type with a write-up and a photo gallery apiece.

Content Writing
We wrote the copy across the site: eight service pages of a thousand to fourteen hundred words each, an FAQ on every one of them, and the about page.

A dark map of the Lower Mainland with a gold pin on each of the twelve communities served, on the home page, the services page and every service page, with a second map on the contact page marking the workshop.
Project Post Type
Six projects as their own post type, each with its location, a scope, challenges and features write-up, credits to the designer and builder and a photo gallery, with a showcase on the home page.
What We Build Cards
Eight numbered photo cards in a slider on the home page, one per service, each opening its service page.

Four Google reviews rotating over a full-width kitchen photo, quoted in the serif with the reviewer's name.
